The Kratos 69K-771HC sandwich/salad prep table provides 5 feet of space to prepare fresh food. At 61″ wide, this prep table allows enough room for two workers to prep simultaneously. Its hinged food cover keeps your ingredients fresh and cool until the next service. The Kratos 69K-771HC comes with a reversible cutting board that is removable for cleaning. This prep table has two hinged doors and two epoxy-coated shelves, which allow for easy access without disrupting airflow in the unit.
